Internet access is fast enough in Cebu(a province in Visayas) and other major provinces in the Philippines. Philippines do have breath-taking sceneries like in Boracay and Baguio making it a good place to retire. It is easy to live here but assure all legal documents to enjoy your retirement in the island.
