As a foreigner I am not allowed to express my thoughts about the political system in the Philippines or criticize openly the political leaders. So I will not do so.
Surfing on the internet I came across a website of a concerned Filipino who is writing about it modestly. Although I do not agree with all what he’s writing, and some of his articles are out of date and need to be updated, he has a good understanding of what the Philippines need in the next presidential elections. He writes about typical Philipino behaviour and about the way Filipinos think about themselves and how they think and handle their country.
For foreigners it is worth surfing around on this website to understand Filipino’s better and why they have a political situation as they have it.
I wonder why this person is not running for president himself !!!!!!!!!

Well, I know there are many Filipino like that. I am also a Filipino and expressing our thoughts are the one that we really want to do especially in those kind of situation. I think the best president for the Philippines is Manny Villar.
