We went taking pictures from Manila’s skyline from the hills in Antipolo and surroundings. Antipolo is about 25 kms east of Manila. Hills go up untill 400 meters.
In Binangonan, Rizal, close to Antipolo and Cainta in the hills, we came across this beautifull house. Actually we were looking for a nice spot to take pictures overviewing Manila. The house is build along a dusty non-paved road. It is a large house with a magnificent view over Manila and Laguna lake.
Yesterday we were driving around with some friends to look for possible places to buy or rent a house. We came across a subdivision named: Village East Executive homes in Angono, Rizal. While walking in the surroundings of Pioduran, Albay, I have taken some shots from the beautiful scenery. Pioduran is situated on the westcoast of the province Albay. When I was walking through Pioduran and surroundings I suddenly spotted this sign along the road. As you can see on the picture, there’s nothing else too see than trees and bushes. But there was a small path under the sign, which lead to the beauty parlor with that name. :yes: ?:-)
Santo Niño is one of the religious fiestas in the Philippines. It is celebrated in almost all parishes usually with a procession in which lots of families are participating. They bring their own statue of Santo Niño and place it on one of the participating vehicles and / or to be blessed by the priest.
From Pioduran, Albay jeepneys are going in the direction of Ligao. After Ligao they continue to Legaspi, Tabaco or Polangui. It is a ride of about 40 kms through the mountains. There are not that many jeeps but a lot of passengers.
